Richard L. Halbert is the senior member of the firm. Mr. Halbert is licensed to practice law in the state of Nebraska. He is one of a small number of attorneys in Nebraska selected by the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel to membership as a “Fellow.” Mr. Halbert specializes in estate and business planning and counseling. He was born and raised in Falls City, Nebraska. After graduating from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1968, he spent several years as prosecutor in Grand Island, Nebraska, before returning to his hometown to practice. Admitted to the Bar: 1968, Nebraska.

Michael R. Dunn is a member of the firm. Mr. Dunn is licensed to practice law in the state of Nebraska. He practices mainly in personal injury and civil litigation, real estate, family law and estate planning. He was born and raised in Falls City, Nebraska. He graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1982 with distinction and was a member of the Nebraska Law Review and Order of the Coif. Admitted to the Bar: 1982, Nebraska.

Christopher C. Halbert is a member of the firm. Mr. Halbert is licensed to practice law in the states of Nebraska and Kansas. His areas of practice include estate and business planning, probate, business law, real estate, criminal defense and civil litigation. He received his B.A. degree in Political Science from Grinnell College in 2000 and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law in December 2002. Admitted to the Bar: 2003, Nebraska and U.S. District Court, District of Nebraska; 2009, Kansas.
